Get to know me...
It’s really important for you to feel happy and confident in who you book to capture your birth or wedding. Not only because you like their work, but also because you feel relaxed and comfortable around the person behind the camera – after all they’ll be by your side supporting you throughout the day! It’s this reason I like to meet all couples before booking so you can chat with me over a cuppa (and usually cake!) and see if you like the person behind the camera!
A bit about me
I was born in the beautiful city of Norwich, and I’m yet to find a reason to leave this fine city! I have two wonderful young sons – Findlay and Reuben, a fantastic and supportive fiance – Alan, oh, and two gorgeous big fluffy cats – Pirelli and Zephyr!
Having picked up my love of photography from my Dad and Grandad at a school age, I feel extremely lucky to have been photographing professionally since 2012.
Weekends not spent hidden away editing at my desk are usually spent with my family, probably exploring somewhere with our little caravan in tow. If not, I’m likely tinkering in the shed on one of my beloved cars or bikes, or attempting to make my house resemble my many pinterest boards, and I’m always trying to remember to drink my tea before it’s cold!
I truly believe life should be fun
I love that both my work and hobbies introduce me to such a great mix of people who all share that view.
My aim is always to portray this sense of fun through my work, and so my photography style is crisp, bright, and colourful – with a nice blend of black and white for those beautifully emotional shots for good measure. The wonder of capturing raw emotion is what drew me to specialising in wedding and birth photography – it’s these unposed, once-in-a-lifetime, story-telling photographs that really get me out of bed in the morning!
If you’d like to learn more about me and my work, have a little look through my birth and wedding galleries or my blog.
I’m always happy to have a chat and answer any questions, so please get in touch if you’d like to know more.
I look forward to chatting with you,
I'm passionate about birth
I am also a hypnobirthing teacher and am passionate about preparing parents for an informed, calm and confident birth through my NormalBirthing Classes. This image is my youngest son and I moments after his home water birth in 2013.
I love cars & bikes
As well as growing up with a love for cars, I have held my motorbike licence since I was 19 years old. I have now taken part in two DirtQuakes giving me a blink and you’ll miss it appearance on ITV4! (And also 30 seconds into this linked video!)

I'm always up for a challenge
I like to challenge myself for charity, and have completed a skydive from 13,000ft, ziplined from Happisburgh Lighthouse, and abseiled Norwich Castle. I’m always looking for new fundraising challenges!
