The Pregnancy Club

The Pregnancy Club is a 6 week programme which will give you time to stop and unwind, and enjoy your pregnancy.

These sessions are both a great alternative, and compliment to, Pregnancy Yoga or other pregnancy classes; and the relaxations and chat topics over the 6 sessions will help you throughout your pregnancy and birth.

The Pregnancy Club Weekly Format: 

Welcome & Introductions: How has your week been?
Mindful Breathing Exercise
Weekly Pregnancy/Birth Related Topic Discussion
Weekly Guided Relaxation related to the weekly topic
Time for Chat & Refreshments

A new club starts every 6-8 weeks, with times at either 10am-11:15am or 6pm-7:15pm.

Suitable any time during your pregnancy and you are welcome to renew your membership and attend sessions as often as you wish.

The Pregnancy Club

 The Pregnancy Club is a 6 week programme that will give you time to stop and unwind, and the opportunity to meet new friends.

With different relaxations and chat topics each week; the sessions will help you relax throughout your pregnancy and birth. You are very welcome to continue to come to sessions throughout your pregnancy.

Places are limited so groups are small and friendly, with lots of opportunity to discuss the things that are important to you.
