The Pregnancy Relaxation Programme (The PRP)

Both a great alternative and compliment to Pregnancy Yoga; The PRP will give you time to stop and unwind, and enjoy your pregnancy.

The relaxations and chat topics over the 6 sessions will help you throughout your pregnancy and birth.

Sessions every week 10am-11:15am and 6pm-7:15pm on specified days, with new programme starting every 6-8 weeks.

The Pregnancy Relaxation Programme (The PRP)

 The PRP will give you time to stop and unwind, and the opportunity to meet new friends.

The relaxations and chat topics over the 6 sessions will help you relax throughout your pregnancy and birth.

Programme places are limited so classes are small and friendly, with lots of opportunity to discuss the things that are important to you.

Time for Chat & Refreshments


The Pregnancy Relaxation Programme also includes:
