The Pregnancy Club
The Pregnancy Club is a 6 week programme that will give you time to stop and unwind, and the opportunity to meet new friends.
Just because we’re in this strange period of lock down, doesn’t mean we can’t be social and support each other. And with different relaxations and chat topics each week; these sessions will help you relax throughout your pregnancy and birth. Suitable any time during your pregnancy and you are welcome to renew your membership and attend sessions as often as you wish. Each class recording is available for a week after the session for you to watch back at your leisure.
Held in the evenings, feel free to join us in your PJ’s, and relax and wind down before bed.
Places are limited so groups are small and friendly, with lots of opportunity to discuss the things that are important to you. You will also have access to further support through our whatsapp group and facebook group.
The Pregnancy Club Weekly Format:
Welcome & Introductions: How has your week been?
Mindful Breathing Exercise
Weekly Pregnancy/Birth Related Topic Discussion
Weekly Guided Relaxation related to the weekly topic
Time for Chat (Make sure you’ve popped the kettle on!)
The Pregnancy Club also includes:

- Free meet ups for Mums, Dads and Babies following your course. (Online during Lockdown, and then in person once we’re back to ‘normal’!)

13th July – 17th August
Complete 6 week membership online price £40.
You can join at any time, just select the current course dates and your membership will automatically run for 6 weeks so you cover the whole programme content.
